We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to lead the development of impactful dashboards and analytical tools that support fast, confident decision-making across the organization. This role is highly stakeholder-facing and centers around building scalable, insightful dashboards—primarily in Power BI —to drive visibility into business performance.

You’ll work closely with the Data Engineering team and cross-functional leaders to define business requirements, translate them into actionable metrics, and manage the delivery of data-driven solutions. You’ll also collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners on major projects—keeping timelines and budgets on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that enable fast access to KPIs and business trends
  • Own end-to-end Dashboard development , including DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, data modeling, and applying visual best practices to ensure clarity, usability, and performance
  • Work confidently with Cloud Data Warehouse tool (Google BigQuery) , understanding how to join and structure data across systems to support accurate, scalable analysis
  • Use SQL as your primary tool for querying, joining, and validating data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to define business needs and track key metrics
  • Lead analytics for CRM and retention efforts , helping measure and optimize customer lifecycle strategies
  • Deliver insights through clear data storytelling and intuitive visual design
  • Partner with the Data Engineer to ensure reliable pipelines and data source availability
  • Manage third-party vendors and partners on large-scale analytics projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets , driving accountability for on-time and on-budget execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics-focused roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visual best practices)
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, and data preparation
  • Deep understanding of and data structures Cloud Data Warehouses (Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) and data structures
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP such as Netsuit and Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a business-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing external vendors or analytics partners , with a focus on timelines and budget adherence
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Leverage Python for automation or advanced analysis , such as data wrangling, forecasting, or integration with external scripts

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
