🔥 We're Hiring: R&D Chef at Zao Asian Café!

Zao Asian Café is growing—and we're looking for a  Research & Development Chef to lead the way in culinary innovation.

In this role, you'll create new menu items, refine existing recipes, and drive product development from concept to rollout. You’ll ensure that everything we serve aligns with our brand, business goals, and most importantly, what our guests crave.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of new recipes and menu items
• Present 4–5 recipe iterations weekly for testing and feedback
• Create SOPs and training materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless rollouts
• Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative techniques
• Coach and train teams to uphold culinary standards

✅ What You Bring:

• Strong background in culinary R&D or executive chef experience
• Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, costing, and production
• Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator and team leader
• Passion for quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction
