Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 45,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. As Creative Director at Headway, you'll lead our mission to transform how people think about and access mental healthcare through powerful brand storytelling and high-performing growth campaigns. This is a leadership role where you'll define our brand identity in the mental healthcare space while driving measurable growth through creative excellence that spans product marketing, user acquisition, provider engagement, and brand awareness. You'll partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to shape how Headway shows up in the world, building creative systems and campaigns that resonate. Your team's work will directly influence millions seeking mental healthcare and thousands of providers joining our network, creating authentic connections that drive both brand love and business results with assets that perform across every channel and touchpoint.
Creative at Headway isn't just about making things look good. It's the strategic engine that shapes how we connect with our audiences and act as an effective business growth lever. Our focused team of brand designers, copywriters, and creative Ops has built credibility through consistent delivery of campaigns that both move metrics and touch people. Now, with further investment on brand and optimizing creative performance, we're seeking a leader who can guide how Headway shows up in the world, ensuring every creative decision converts the target audience and amplifies our mission of making mental healthcare accessible to all.
Core Responsibilities
The expected base pay range for this position is $209,950 - $247,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
