They should be within commuting distance of Santa Clara, CA. Key skills include customer service, strong communication, experience in physical security, reliability, and an understanding of basic risk management principles. The candidate must thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and maintain discretion and confidentiality, assessing and communicating sensitive topics responsibly. Integrity is essential in every aspect of the role. Responsibilities Safeguard the client, family, and personal property at the residence. Incorporate the client’s core values and code of conduct in all decisions and actions. Make real-time operational decisions to enhance safety. Maintain security logs, radio logs, visitor info, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and communication records. Monitor intrusion detection systems, panic alarms, and CCTV cameras. Control access for visitors, employees, and vendors. Communicate effectively with the client, family, and team members. Maintain discretion and confidentiality. Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure client’s quality of life. Detect and report suspicious activity and vulnerabilities. Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration You will work directly with a team of EP professionals who operate 24/7 to safeguard clients. Qualifications 5+ years in Executive Protection, ERT, PSD, or RST. Valid LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, Exposed Firearm Permit, Guard Card, and/or CPR certification. Participation in random drug screenings. Maintain physical readiness for response to threats. Professional, friendly communication skills with a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Training in incident response, emergency medicine, or related fields. Information Security Protect data and systems by adhering to policies, reporting incidents, completing training, and seeking improvements.
