Job Description: Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant to directly support our CEO. This role involves managing a diverse range of executive support tasks with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities: Executive Support & Communication (25%) Manage executive correspondence, prioritize communications, maintain calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings, and handle high-level interactions professionally and proactively. Administrative & Bookkeeping Tasks (30%) Perform general administrative duties including light bookkeeping, data entry, virtual reception tasks, document management, and expense tracking to ensure efficient and accurate office operations. Social Media & Personal Brand Management (30%) Oversee and enhance social media presence, curate content, manage profiles strategically, and assist in developing and maintaining a consistent personal brand online. Travel Planning & Personal Logistics (15%) Plan, coordinate, and manage travel logistics and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements. Provide occasional support with scheduling personal appointments and managing related logistics remotely. This role reports directly to the CEO. Work Environment: Remote telecommuting position requiring reliable internet, a dedicated workspace free from distractions, and regular virtual meetings. Qualifications: Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA, Latin America, and Europe. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English at C1 Level or better. Bilingual in Spanish required; Portuguese optional. Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Experience managing executive calendars, email communication, and social media profiles. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
