Non-Exempt Job Summary This position involves unarmed/armed security duties for a Flex Agent in an Executive Protection role. Domestic and sometimes international travel are required. The environment is fast-paced, and the role involves interaction with high-profile individuals in social settings. Job Description The Flex Agent provides support to protective security details across the U.S., handling various functions such as: Ensuring safety and security of Principals Driving Principals to various venues and assignments Proficiency in equipment maintenance and use Maintaining professional appearance and communication skills Adapting to various tasks outside traditional security roles Interacting with children and handling high-pressure situations Conducting advance work for routes and venues Maintaining physical fitness and physical engagement capabilities Proficiency in defensive tactics and threat engagement Licensing Requirements CA BSIS Security Guard license Valid U.S. Driver’s License Current Passport with more than six months validity CPR/First Aid/AED certification for all ages Preferred Education and Experience Certification from a recognized EP school Driving school certification, military, or law enforcement experience Training in defensive tactics, surveillance detection, and covert protection Active First Responder, Paramedic, or EMT certifications Outdoor activity experience and California CCW permit (preferred) Required Skills and Experience At least 2 years of relevant EP experience Knowledge of communication and tracking technology Ability to work independently and in teams Excellent communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to detain individuals if necessary Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and physical agility Responding to physical threats and engaging in physical activities Salary $675.36/day Employment is at-will.
