Analyst In The Latin America Investment Banking Group

As an analyst in the Latin America Investment Banking group, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. Job Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different scenarios
2. Perform full valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, LBO analyses, among others
3. Prepare and review complex financial analyses, including transaction impact analyses such as earnings accretion/dilution and value creation
4. Participate in day-to-day deal execution, interacting with senior deal team members, senior client executives, transaction counterparties and other advisors
5. Manage due diligence processes, including preparing virtual data rooms, tracking and coordinating the information flow, and reviewing and analyzing company information
6. Prepare pitches, descriptive memorandums, management presentations, Board presentations and other materials
7. Design and analyze transactions' rationale, structures, financial impacts, etc. Monitor and evaluate current events related to clients, industries or transactions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 1+ years prior work experience:
• In an investment banking front office role
• In a relevant role at a top tier consulting firm (financial, commercial, or operational due diligence)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering and/or related field
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
• Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgement
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
