About the Role:

Eaton Compressor & Fabrication, Inc is actively seeking a detail oriented Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will provide support in many areas throughout the company, including but not limited to: customer support, sales, human resources, inventory control, etc...

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an office administrative role.
• Experience with Sage
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing practices and manufacturing terminology

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track data and generate reports.
• Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
