Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for one of our amazing clients in their Downtown Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing office logistics, supporting executive teams, and fostering a productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external visitors. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support travel arrangements for executives. Oversee office budgets, expense reporting, and invoice processing. Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks. Plan and execute internal events and team-building activities. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting C-level executives. Familiarity with budgeting and basic accounting. Knowledge of HR processes and tools.
