Job Summary

We are seeking a PC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems. The primary duties for this position will revolve around Imaging, Refreshing and Updating a large number of PCs, Tablets and other mobile devices.

Duties

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows and macOS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN connectivity, TCP/IP configurations, and computer networking.
• Utilize SCCM for software deployment, updates, imaging, inventory management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with users to understand their technical needs.

Experience

• Proven experience in a PC Technician or similar role with a focus on desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and familiarity with office applications.
• Understanding of LAN environments, TCP/IP protocols, and basic computer networking principles.
• Experience with SCCM for managing software installations and updates is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
