We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Duties:**

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain high-quality food and drinks.
  • Supervise kitchen and dining staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or quick service fast food restaurants.
  • Excellent interviewing and hiring skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
Expected hours: 24 40 per week

Shift:

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Morning shift
Night shift

License/Certification: Norfolk Food Handler's Card, Driver's License (Preferred)

Day Shift (Required)
Night Shift (Required)
