We’re seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to play a key role in shaping the financial operations of a well-established international company backed by a respected private equity firm.

What You’ll Do:

As part of a lean and high-impact finance team, you'll:

• Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial packages and variance analyses
• Handle daily treasury and cash reporting activities
• Collaborate with HR for payroll-related postings and commissions
• Assist with audit prep and improve accounting processes
• Take on special projects and process enhancements

What You Bring:

• B.S. / B.A. in Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in US GAAP and ERP systems (Oracle JDE a big plus)
• Experience at a global accounting firm (Big 4 a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, deadline-driven, and team-oriented
