About the Role

We’re hiring a Structural Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading structural engineering firm with a focus on high-impact building projects. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with at least 3 years of experience in structural analysis and design who enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines and contributing to complex and meaningful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs for both new construction and renovation projects, including hospitals, schools, office buildings, and parking structures.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety, stability, and code compliance.
• Create detailed construction documents using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural systems into comprehensive designs.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and monitor construction progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and structural design principles
• Familiarity with a range of structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in team settings
