  • Use internal mobility data to recommend retention strategies and career advancement initiatives

Employee Experience & Engagement Support:

  • Stay informed on evolving best practices in HR, talent development, and organizational design

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, or related HR roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in job architecture design, competency modeling, and strategic workforce planning
  • Experience using HR platforms, analytics tools, and learning management systems
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical thinker with a track record of using data to inform HR decisions
  • Agile and proactive, with a passion for creating scalable and impactful talent solutions
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or specialized credentials in talent management are a plus
