TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Gem Care Staffing is searching for an experienced Engineering & Technical Recruiter to join our team in Knoxville, TN. Candidates must possess a strong technical knowledge of recruiting processes and have a strong work ethic. Starting salary will depend on experience, knowledge, and training.

Knowledge of Engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades is very helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Search job boards, resume databases, attend job fairs and network to recruit highly qualified candidates. Must be able to screen the great from the average.
• Build database of highly qualified candidates to pull from to fill open job requirements.
• Interview and select the best candidate for job placement based on client requirements.
• Market candidates to current and future clients.
• Partner with sales team to identify new clients and build professional relationships.
• Manage applicant process and client follow up through a computer based applicant tracking system (ATS).

Skills:

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• A team player and possess a positive attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communications skills, building relationships and problem solving
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required).
