As a Manager, Technical Support, you'll be the go-to person ensuring our customers, drivers, and site hosts have an exceptional experience every time they interact with Loop. You’ll take ownership of escalated support cases, working closely with engineering, operations, and service partners to troubleshoot, resolve, and turn challenges into wins.

Note: Previous experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry is required for this role.

What You’ll Own:

• Champion the Customer: Manage escalated support cases, delivering timely and effective resolutions that build trust.
• Build Loyalty: Create strong, trusted relationships with customers, drivers, and site hosts—turning them into lifelong Loop advocates.
• Collaborate to Win: Partner with engineering, operations, sales, service providers, and installers to resolve issues and ensure chargers stay up and running.
• Drive Improvements: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and propose optimizations to strengthen our support operations.
• Stay Ahead of Issues: Leverage charger and network data to identify and prevent issues before they arise.
• Mind the Budget: Manage service tickets efficiently, with a sharp focus on warranty coverage and cost control.
• Keep Everyone Aligned: Provide clear, consistent communication to customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the case lifecycle.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• EV Industry Experience is required.
• Prior experience supporting EV products or charging infrastructure is a must.
• Salesforce (or similar CRM) Expertise – Required
• Technical Curiosity: You’re comfortable with hardware/software systems—or you learn fast.
• Customer Obsession: You thrive in high-stakes customer interactions and pride yourself on delivering solutions.
• Team Player Mentality: You collaborate easily across departments and with external partners.
• Analytical Mindset: You’re data-driven and proactive about improving performance.
• Excellent Communicator: You simplify the complex and communicate clearly across all levels.
