The Project Specialist Carrier & Wireless Solutions will have a cross functional role for reporting, tracking and maintaining data bases for Fision Enterprise wireless solutions, carrier small cell, cellular DAS and public safety BDA product set. The incumbent ensures all assigned projects are tracked, documented and reported, utilizing both internal and external databases and programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of wireless deployment projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Track project timelines and maintain detailed documentation, including status reports, SOWs, RF designs, site surveys, and closeout packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Engineering, Field Operations, Construction—and external vendors and integrators to ensure project continuity.
  • Support procurement efforts by tracking materials, coordinating delivery schedules, and confirming equipment readiness.
  • Facilitate communication between wireless carriers, partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling or technical issues.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools to reflect real-time progress, flagging risks or delays to project managers or leadership.
  • Organize and document meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications to support transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, customer requirements, and applicable building or public safety codes.
  • Support coordination of site access, permitting, inspections, and test & turn-up events.
  • Participate in post-installation reviews and assist in collecting and analyzing deployment metrics.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong familiarity with wireless telecommunications industry required with a understanding of small cell, DAS and BDA networks
  • Prior experience working directly with Carriers
  • Relevant experience in tracking and reporting
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on week days, weekends, evenings as needed.
  • Must have active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver’s license in assigned territory
  • Strong client facing sales aptitude with an inherent problem-solving capability
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
