Job Title:

Senior Technical Project Manager – Microsoft Projects

Location:

Bellevue, Washington, USA (Full-time, Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects focused on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, M365, Dynamics, .NET stack, etc.).
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders (Microsoft teams) and internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning sessions, define scope, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including developers, architects, QA, and DevOps for successful implementation of solutions.
• Monitor project health, identify risks early, and execute mitigation plans proactively.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s engagement models, quality standards, and security requirements.
• Present regular project updates and executive summaries to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into future projects and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members to enhance overall delivery effectiveness.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience , with at least 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager .
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving Microsoft technologies or directly handling Microsoft as a client .
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud and enterprise solutions (e.g., Azure services, M365, Power Platform, .NET development).
• Experience working within or alongside Microsoft teams, including familiarity with their processes and expectations.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies ; certifications like PMP, CSM or SAFe are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in global delivery model or distributed team management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
